I’ve been coming to this salon for over 15 years, and I’ve even brought all four of my kids here over the years. I usually see Kathleen, but this time I saw Lily and she was wonderful. She even brought Kathleen in for a quick consult on my full foil to make sure the color was perfect. My cut and color turned out beautifully. The entire staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the shampoo/conditioning with the scalp massage and hot stone is such a relaxing experience. My hair always looks and feels healthy when I leave, and it lasts beautifully between visits. They truly care that you love your hair before you walk out the door.

From the moment I called for my first appointment to today (2.5 years later) Lauren and her staff are always welcoming and amazing!! Lauren is my stylist but she much more than that. She is someone who cares. I have serious hair issues (post menopausal thinning) and she has always listened to me and has made me feel so confident, something I haven’t felt in years. I’m probably the worst client because I always show up when my hair is an absolute disaster, but somehow the team at StyleKrafters in Skippack never makes me feel judged or stressed about it. I’ve been to a lot of salons over the years, and StyleKrafters in Skippack is one of the few places where you immediately understand why people stay loyal to them for years. The whole team works together instead of competing with each other, and you can actually feel that when you’re there. What honestly blew me away was watching them handle a packed day without ever making anyone feel rushed. At one point, another stylist jumped in to help finish a blowout while someone else mixed color for a client running behind — it was like watching a team that genuinely cares about making sure everyone leaves happy. That kind of atmosphere is rare. You feel taken care of from the second you walk in until you leave. It has the warmth of a family-owned place but the professionalism of a high-end salon.
