CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointments mean the world to us and we love seeing you. However, we know that life gets in the way sometimes, even for the stylist, and we do our best to keep you informed of your appointment with our reminders we send out 2 days in advance. Please give us 24 hrs notice of a cancellation so we can open the space up for another customer. Frequent flyers of late cancellations or no shows may result in a deposit being required to schedule future appointments.
SPECIAL OCCASION CANCELLATION POLICY: We value our Special Occasion clients, and we understand that sometimes things become out of your control. So that we could provide the top of the line service to you and/or your entire party, and understanding that we may have more than 1 of our stylists reserved to make your dreams come true. Please give us a 2 week notice for any Special Occasion bookings or we reserve the right to not refund your deposit.
CELL PHONE POLICY: We all have one. We all use one. However, for the peaceful experience of our guests, we ask that all cell phones remain on silent or vibrate. We also provide a charging table for your convenience at the shampooing area while you wait, we invite you to plug in!
CHILDREN POLICY: We love them. Just remember we work with sharp objects, so please keep them close to you.
TIPPING POLICY: It is customary in the service industry to tip and we at Stylekrafters appreciate the generosity of our clients. It means so much to us and is a big part of our income. While it is not a TRUE POLICY, we do appreciate the tips we receive. For your convenience, we have a tip box located on the front counter sorted by the stylists. At this time we can not apply tips to your credit card transactions but we do accept cash, and depending on the stylist, apps may be accepted as well.
PAYMENT: We still accept CASH. We also accept those swipey things like VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX AND DISCOVER. We are not setup for APPS, however your stylist might be for tipping purposes. You can check with your stylist or ask at the front desk if you would like to use an app for tipping.
